My name is Alex Campbell and I have been working in the fitness industry for over 10 years.
Competing as a semi-professional Olympic weightlifter has taught me that the only limitations in life are set by yourself.
While competing, I learnt to push myself physically and mentally and to go beyond limits I never thought were possible.
I have learnt that the mind and body work as one and this is the approach I take with all my clients.
A couple of years ago I decided to transition from Olympic weightlifting to full time personal training and designed some unique exercise programmes to help everyone get stronger physically and mentally.
My approach has proven to be very effective and helped people get stronger, lose weight and get the body they’ve always dreamed of.
